For e-residents who just registered an Estonian OÜ
A real website for your new OÜ. Drafted before you pay.
Stripe reads it. Revolut Business accepts it as proof of what you do. Your first client Googles it. We draft it from your registry code, legal pages included, so it's one less thing on the list.
- Legal pages written for your company: imprint with registry code, privacy notice (GDPR)
- Own domain and mail@yourcompany
- Live within one working day. Nothing to install, nothing to maintain.
€39 a month, ex VAT. That's the whole price. First charge 15 days after go-live; cancel before that and the monthly fee is €0. A domain of your own is charged at cost when you claim and is not refunded. The free yourcompany.newco.ee address costs nothing.
Example draft for Lumenwise OÜ · not the company's official site

Why a new company needs a website
Three people will look your company up in the first weeks.
Opening a payment account, getting a business account approved, signing a first client. Each one starts with someone searching your company name.
Payment providers
Stripe asks for a URL at activation and reads what's on it: your company name, what you sell, how to reach you, your terms. A page that says "coming soon" is a delay.
Business accounts
Revolut Business accepts a finished website as proof of what your company does. Wise and Payoneer ask for your link if you have one. None of them accept a site under construction.
Clients and partners
A new client searches the company name before signing. A real site with your registry code and services is what they expect to find.
Mail at your own domain
hello@yourcompany.com reads as a company. A free-mail address on an invoice reads as a side project.
Every draft comes with the pages these checks look for
- What the company does
- Services
- Contact details
- Imprint (Impressum) with registry code
- Privacy notice (GDPR)
Estonian law requires a company's name, registry code and contact details on its website. Stripe's checklist adds contact and refund terms. We write all of it from the register. Not legal or tax advice; for the rules, see learn.e-resident.gov.ee.

How it works
From registry code to live site, without a meeting.
- 01
We build the draft
Send your registry code or company name. We take the name, activity and contact details from the e-Business Register and write the pages.
- 02
You get the link
Within one working day. The draft is marked as a draft and hidden from search engines. It stays up for 30 days.
- 03
You make it yours
Switch layouts and colours and edit the text, right on the draft. Or mail us the changes.
- 04
You claim it
Pick a domain or keep the free yourcompany.newco.ee address. The site goes live. First charge 15 days later.

Why not build it yourself?
You could. The build is the easy part.
With a free builder and a cheap .ee domain you can have a page in an afternoon. Then the company needs it to be right, every month, for years. That part is what we do.
Build it yourself
A free builder and a €7 .ee domain get you a page in an afternoon. Then: imprint, privacy notice, mail setup, Search Console, renewals, updates. And the afternoon.
An agency
From about €500 one-off, two to four weeks, hosting and maintenance on top.
newco.ee
One working day. Legal pages written. Domain, mail, Search Console, updates. €39 a month, cancel anytime.
| Task | Build it yourself | newco.ee |
|---|---|---|
| Domain bought in the company's name, renewed on time | You, every year | Included |
| DNS, SSL certificate and renewals | You | Included |
| Mail at your domain, forwarded to your inbox | You set it up | Included |
| Imprint and GDPR privacy notice that match your company | You write them | Included |
| Google Search Console and Bing set up, sitemap sent | You | Included |
| Security headers, updates and fixes | You, on top of client work | Included |
| Text changes when your offer changes | You, between client work | Included |
If you enjoy that work, build it yourself. Most founders would rather spend the afternoon on the company.

Who we are
An Estonian software company, like yours.
newco.ee is run by Delvaris OÜ in Tallinn. Marek Stark built it after registering his own OÜs and losing a day to a website each time, with a hundred other things waiting. Fifteen years of web, e-commerce and SEO. The same platform runs ForAPizza.com.

Questions founders ask
Why did I get an email from you?
We check the e-Business Register for newly registered companies with a board member abroad and build a draft for some of them. The mail tells you the date we saw your company. There is nothing to pay or cancel; the draft switches off by itself after 30 days.
What happens after I send my registry code?
We look the company up in the register, build the draft and mail you the link within one working day. You decide after you've seen it.
Do you need payment details for the draft?
No. Payment details come when you claim the site, and the first charge is 15 days after go-live.
What if I don't like it?
Do nothing. We remind you before the draft expires, then it switches off and we stop writing.
Is the draft my official website?
No. It carries a ribbon saying it's a draft and is hidden from search engines until you claim it.
Where did you get my company's details?
From the public e-Business Register: name, activity and contact address. Nothing else.
Will this get me approved at Stripe, Wise or a bank?
No one can promise that, and we don't. Stripe asks for a URL and checks that it shows your company name, what you sell, how to reach you and your terms. Revolut Business accepts a finished site as proof of what your company does. Wise asks for your link if you have one. Your draft has all of that; the decision is theirs.
Is my company eligible?
Any Estonian company can ask for a draft. We build unasked drafts for newly registered companies with a board member abroad, in software, IT consulting and professional services.
Who owns the domain?
Your company. It's registered in the company's name with Delvaris as technical contact. If you leave, you get the transfer code. You can also bring a domain you already have.
Can I leave?
Yes, any time. No minimum term. You get your texts as a file and keep your domain.
Can you change the text or the design?
Text, services and contact details change by mail within 24 hours on working days. Layout and colours you switch yourself.
Can the site be in more languages?
Up to five. Fill in your translations in a spreadsheet and upload it, or we translate for €29 per language.
I already have a website.
Then you probably don't need this, unless it's on a free builder and still carries their branding. You can request a draft to compare.
Do I need e-Residency?
No. Any Estonian company works. Most of our drafts go to e-residents because they register companies from abroad and have the least time.
Is this legal or tax advice?
No. For rules on what a company website must show, see learn.e-resident.gov.ee or your accountant.
Registered recently? See your website before you decide.
Tell us your company's registry code or name and where to send the link. We build the draft from the public register, with placeholder services you can edit. Nothing to pay, nothing to cancel.
Your draft is on its way. Link within one working day (Mon–Fri).
